The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is offering applications for a controlled deer hunt at two West Virginia state parks in 2015. Controlled white-tailed deer hunts are scheduled at Pipestem Resort State Park in Summers County in November and at Cacapon Resort State Park in Morgan County in December.

“They terrify me you know because a lot of times its not like you are hitting the deer the deer hits you,” she said.
